He lives in the room No.11 at the Periodic-Table-Apartment(PTA).

He is one of the alkali metal and would like to shake hands with other Little Elements.
In particular, they are in close contact with Chlorine-tchi who lives in room No.17, and sodium chloride refined by holding hands is very important to living things.

He is an essential element for many organisms and is active in neurotransmission and the like.
Sodium-tchi is also active in the human world such as sodium bicarbonate with Carbon-tchi, Oxygen-tchi, Hydrogen-tchi, sodium glutamate as a umami component, and sodium carbonate used as a detergent.

Recently, he seems to have acquired a technique to save electricity with Sulfur-tchi who lives in room No.16. That battery capable of recharging a large amount of electric power is called NaS battery, and attracts attention in recent years.

Sodium-tchi also emits a yellow color due to a flame reaction.
Therefore, yellow fireworks are thanks to him.

Therefore, he can make themselves change a lot of forms for example diamond, graphite,　fullerene, carbon nano tube and so on.
You call them carbon allotrope.

Furthermore, he can make friends with many other Little Elements especially Oxygen-tchi, Hydrogen-tchi, and Nitrogen-tchi.

When many of them get together and take their hands, they change their form to amino acid.
Further when much more amino acid are chaining, they are called protein.
As you know, the protein constructs your body or you are ghost.

A great person named the material made by Carbon-tchi organic matter

Recently, because carbon nano tube is known as light and tough material, many scientists research the method of compounding it efficiently.
  
On the other hand, Carbon-tchi feels sad because many politicians suddenly cry for "Low carbon society".

However, Boron-tchi is NOT famous compared with Carbon-tchi.

He worked at the slime and the Silly Putty those are child's toy.
He contributes to kill cockroaches by playing with Hydrogen-tchi and Oxygen-tchi, that is called Boric acid.

He is more useful than you thought but he is still inconspicuous...

Recently, he studied medical field and learned the way to attack only a tumor cell without injuring a normal cell.
His effort is still clinical research, but if the research is established as technology a possibility saving a terminal cancer patient rises.

In the future, he becomes the most famous Little elements or NOT?
